Dolomites belong to natural eritage of Unesco.
Some particularities, as the first fern Gordonopteris
lorigae, and the ancestor of snakes and lizards,
Megachirella wachtleri, have been choosed to convince the
commission about the importance of geology.
 They were
discovered by Michael
Wachtler.Searching of first flowers. The angiosperms or flowering plants are the largest group of existing plants, but nobody knows until now where they come from or how they were  formed. Darwin considered this
as an “abominable mystery“.
An explanation about the evolution of flowers will be the
focus of Michael Wachtler in the coming years. In the
past, he was already able to join some concepts in this
